Is there an age requirement to be a member? What about family memberships?
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a primary member. For family memberships, only children of the primary member(s) may be included. These children must be at least 15 years old and live at the primary members’ residence.
Do I pay for an entire year, or can I pay monthly?
We offer two payment options for members. Membership agreements are offered on an annual or month to month. We will work with your individual situation to provide you with the best option that fits your needs.
How do I pay for my membership?
For your convenience, your monthly membership fees are automatically debited from the bank or credit card account of your choosing. We also offer members the opportunity to pay one full year in advance.
What are joining fees and how much are they?
Joining fees are fees that Summa Wellness Institute uses to reinvest into the facility to offer a one of a kind fitness experience. As a member you only pay the joining fee upon the start of your new membership. To reactivate your membership after cancellation, you will be required to pay another joining fee.
