Cardio Interval
This class is for those who want to improve their cardiovascular endurance by using multiple modalities. Many forms of interval training will be used and all exercises will be performed on, but not limited to, Steps, BOSUs, the track and cardio machines. This class is designed to give you a variety in your cardio routine. Moderate to advanced fitness levels.
