Cycle with Core

An indoor cycling class that consists of cardio challenges, resistance levels, climbs, sprints, and includes 15 minutes of core work in addition to a 45 minute ride. This class uses modifications for less experienced and advanced riders. Moderate to high fitness levels are encouraged to attend. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.
