Cycling 101This class is for those interested in beginning a cycling program. Practice form and proper cycling techniques that simulate hill climbs, sprints, and endurance work. You will learn how to properly set your bike and how to ride for the most efficient workout. Geared for the beginner. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.
