Group Exercise Schedule Change Policy

We are committed to providing the best in group exercise classes to our members. While we would love to accommodate every member’s schedule and class request, we are not always able to do so due to classroom size and availability, instructor availability, class format or level of interest. More importantly, we are committed to maintaining a regular class schedule and giving proper notification to you when classes need to be removed from the schedule.

Our promise to you is that classes will only be removed from the schedule in the event of an instructor conflict or low class performance. Classes with an average of less than 6 participants on a regular basis will be in jeopardy. Members will be notified when classes are in danger of being removed from the schedule and be given four weeks to perform and increase attendance. If we see the numbers grow, the class stays on the schedule. That’s where we need your help! To ensure that these great classes stay on the schedule, invite a friend to take it with you!
