Hatha Yoga

The word hatha is a compound of the words ha and tha, meaning sun and moon. This class is a slow paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises. It is a good place to learn basic oses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga. Poses and sequences are presented in varying levels to accommodate beginning and intermediate students.
