Restorative Yoga
This class presents nurturing physical postures based on yoga to heal the effects of chronic stress It promotes "active relaxation" by using props to alternately stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance. Along with postures, breathing techniques refresh the blood and energize the whole body system while meditation creates more harmony in body and mind. Bring blankets for personal use.
