September is the new January!

September is the new January - at least that’s what we think! In January, we see a large influx of new members – often people looking for local gyms, or new residents searching for gyms in Hudson. We also see a return of Summa Health Wellness Center members who we haven’t seen in months. The common denominator is that all of them have “resolved” to get back into a regular fitness routine. But why wait til January? There’s no time like the present to get fit. Consider it a New Year’s resolution do-over. We encourage you to set a fitness or wellness related goal and do all you can to stick to it. If you’re not sure how to get started or looking for something new, let us help!

  • Get your assessment. I can’t tell you how many times I hear people say they want to get in shape before they have their assessment. (Psst. That’s why we’re here!) Our staff will help you set a realistic goal and design a plan to help you achieve it.
  • Try a class. With 102 free classes on our schedule, we’re sure you’ll find something to meet your needs.
  • Try personal training. Our qualified, certified, personal trainers will work with your schedule and your needs.

As we approach our 10th anniversary, it’s important that we keep changing and offering you new programs, classes and reasons to keep coming back. The key to gym memberships is using them. So don’t just join Summa Health Wellness Center. Make it a part of your regular routine. Your body will thank you.
