Low Impact Aquatic Exercise Schedule
Aquatic exercise is great for people of all ages and physical abilities. Gentle and low impact, it benefits people with chronic pain or weight issues, but it's real exercise, too. The resistance of the water helps stimulate circulation to the muscles and promotes general strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Group classes are available as are specialty classes to help individuals with arthritis.
Lap Lane Reservations Available Effective 6.3.21
To accommodate our members’ needs, lap pool lane reservations are available. Although not required, reservations are recommended, particularly during peak hours.
- Members can reserve the lane of their choice by calling 330.342.4400 up to 24 hours prior to the desired reservation time.
- Lanes will be reserved in 30-minute increments with a maximum of 60-minutes.
- Members are expected to adhere to the time limits.
- Walk-ins will be permitted and are based upon availability.
